Captivate 9 Crashes at Launch No Matter What
Captivate 9 is crashing at launch. The new project window appears for a couple seconds, and then the application unexpectedly crashes. I'm paying $30/mo for something I can't use. I have tried every fix I've found by searching, all to no avail. For example: running as admin, clearing SLCache folder, uninstalling all Adobe applications and reinstalling Captivate 9 etc.
Adobe - PLEASE help! I would like to get my organization using Adobe Captivate Prime LMS, but so far not so good if we can't even keep Captivate running.
