Captivate 9 crashes on launch on windows 10

HI all,

I am not able to use my Captivate 9 on windows 10. It crashes when I launch it. I got error message and it is closed. Please help.

    Is Captivate installed on your system, not on a networked drive? Did you install the latest patches, present release is 9.0.2.437.

    Do you run Captivate as Administrator?

    You can clear the Preferences, no need to start CP for that: search for the folder utils under the Captivate installation folder and run the file CleanPreferences.bat.
