Captivate 9 crashes when publishing video

This is happening on many different projects. It is always right at the end of the video output process. The video gets to 100% and then Captivate closes unexpectedly. Sometimes there is a VB error. There is an mp4 file but it has problems. Sometimes, the audio goes away in the last slides of the project. In the one I am trying to publish now, it is almost like there are two audio streams going on at once in the mp4 file.

I have Captivate 9 as a subscription. I still have Captivate 5.5 installed on my machine and am able to publish video using it, but I need to be able to publish in Captivate 9 so that I can share projects with others. And I do need to be able to generate video. The HTML5 output option is working for me so I believe this problem is related to the video production only.

I have tried resetting preferences, deleting my cache, running Captivate as an administrator, and only generating some of the slides. It did not help my problem.

Please help. I need to be able to generate video or Captivate 9 will not be useful to me.

I am on Windows 7 SP1, 64 bit, 6 GB of Ram.
