Captivate 9 - Device Demo

I'm using Captivate 9 for the Mac (Yosemite).  When attempting to use the new Device Demo feature which is hooked up to my iPhone Plus does display the entire screen.  Also, the red Record button will not activate.  Is there a hotfix for this?

Hi,

Please replace an XML file in the installed directory to get the device capture working for IPhone 6 Plus.

 

Instructions:
1. Download the zip file ” DeviceCaptureSkins.zip”. Unzip it to see the “DeviceCaptureSkins.xml” file.
2. Go to folder “/Applications/Adobe Captivate 9/CPDeviceCapture” in finder.
3. Right click on CPDeviceCapture.app and choose “Show Package Contents”
4. Go to “/Contents/Resources”. You will find “DeviceCaptureSkins.xml”
5. Replace the Downloaded file in the above location.

 

Close Finder and Launch Captivate to get Device capture Working for IPhone 6Plus.
