Captivate 9 display problems

I have just installed Captivate 9 and it is not displaying properly. This is most obvious when I open a pop-up, for example the Insert Questions pop-up, and a section of the  pop-up is cropped, see below.

Any solutions?  I'd be really grateful !!!

Just managed to sort out the problem myself, but not quite sure how!  It was something to do with the display settings in Windows 10.

What is the resolution of your screen? Did you delete the Preferences and Layouts folders, if this was not the first install of CP on your system?
