Captivate 9: Drag and Drop in Responsive?

I've come across several different bits of advice today in the reading I've done and the tutorials I've watched.

Is it that D&D CAN be used in the blank template format in C9? But not if it's a responsive template?

Or can't it be used at all unless it's just for desktop PCs?

Totally confused once again.

I'm not sure where this advice is coming from but drag and drop works in both design types. With responsive you will have to adjust your drag and drop objects size/percentages for the different break points but it will work fine for both.
