Captivate 9 Dropdown list issue

Looking for some help, I'm making dropdown list in a regular (Blank, not responsive) project.

The fill in the blank dropdown option works, but the answer box is too small to contain/display the answer once it's been selected. The overall box id plenty large enough, tried font size, entering/spacing options as well, no luck.

Thoughts?

My workaround is to have the largest entry on top of the list, and eventually add some blanks before that first value.

Thanks, it helped. Still does weird things in the overall spacing but at least it's functional....... Wacky adobe!!
