Captivate 9: Exit Button Won't Close Course on LMS

I created an exit button for a course to be uploaded on SumTotal's LMS. I'm publishing the course as HTML5/SWF. I've tried everything from using the default exit on click, the window close JavaScript and SCORM_CallLMSFinish(); and the exit button won't respond to it.

Any clue on what to do?
