Captivate 9 File Size on Adobe Connect

I am new to Captivate and I am trying to publish a course to adobe connect.  I have successfully done it but the file size is huge.  2GB.  I have a lot of videos in my captivate file and I assume this is the cause.  When I try to browse through my content in the browser, I get a "loading" message.

Can someone point me in the right direction?  Am I better off uploading the videos to a streaming service and linking them in the slides?  Sorry if this is a repeat question.

I would think that seeing lots of Loading messages would be expected if you have 2 gigabytes of content, mainly consisting of videos.

I would certainly recommend you look into having your content on a streaming server somewhere and just link to it within the content.  That would be the ONLY way to allow your end users to see content more quickly in this case.
