Captivate 9 for Mac - crashes

Hello:

We have an issue where Captivate keeps crashing, running on Yosemite. Would trashing the .plist files help?

Also, we are hearing issues with the Cloud on10.11 - issues resolved?

I am also experiencing crashing regarding with the articulate storyline.

I had this same problem. I found there was a patch released that I had not updated. After installing the patch, I was good to go.

Adobe - Adobe Captivate Support Center : Downloads

If you go to your Adobe Captivate Menu at the top, you can select About Adobe Captivate and it will tell you which version you are on. 9.0.2.437 is the newest.

Try unplugging your internet connection/turn off your wifi.
