Captivate 9 - Glossary - not working on publish.

I have a project in Captivate 9 in which I'm using the Glossary interaction. It works great in preview, however, once published, either HTML5 or SWF, the glossary does not appear. The close button I placed above it does appear and resumes the playback upon clicking.

I have tried placing the glossary on the first, second and the last slides of the project to no avail.

Thank you for your help.

Update: Turns out that the Term title in the header was too long for some of the items. Truncating them fixed the issue.

Another potential tripping point is copying and pasting text from MS Word, as it will bring invisible characters along with the visible text.

This affects the Glossary interaction, Quiz Questions and regular slide content, such as captions, anywhere else in Captivate.
