Captivate 9 hangs on printing storyboard.

I get stuck at 10% for an eternity. Is there any way to get this moving? Also, is there any way to batch print Captivate projects?

Update: There is a windows save prompt hidden, and when I try to save the document using that... I get this error with office installed, open or closed. Truly frustrating.
