Captivate 9 HTML course - issues with Audio Files playing clearly

Hi,

I am encountering audio play back issues with Captivate 9 HTML5 courses when viewing them in Safari on the desktops. The audio plays well on the desk top viewed in Firefox, Chrome and IE

And on mobile devices - none of the HTML 5 published courses play Audio at all. We recorded in Audacity imported into Captivate.

Anyone know of a solution to this?
