Captivate 9 - HTML5 video not playing

Hello,

I took a course from Captivate 6 and updated it to Captivate 9. I then published to HTML5 and then I went in and tired to play it on an iPad and Samsung Galaxy and the video would not play at all. I can't figure out why the video will not play while the course is loading properly and everything else is working fine.

When I go online from my computer and access the course the video plays. Am I missing something?

I publish my course online in Taleo Learn.

Have you checked by uploading your content to SCORM Cloud and checked that the video works from there?

Have you verified that you LMS server is configured to serve video files of that mime-type?  You may need to ask your LMS administrator.  Get them to prove to you that videos of the same type in other courses are working.
