Captivate 9 Image Quality

I'm trying to insert a crystal clear screen shot into Adobe Captivate 9.  First off... here's how I get my screen shot... print screen (PC)... paste into Photoshop... SAVE as .png or .jpg or .bmp.  When I open the image in my photo viewer... it is beautiful and crystal clear.

Now, I drag the screenshot into Adobe Captivate 9 and publish preview... The image loses it's clarity and looks blurry.

Seems obvious to me, doesn't it seem obvious to you?...  Captivate 9 is compressing my beautiful screenshot images!  How can I get my beautiful screen shot images into Captivate 9, while maintaining the quality?

    I'm having the same issue but still unable to solve, tried all solution offered.

    And you won't find the solution - Captivate 9 has a crappy handling of images, regardless of Lilybiri's efforts (in EVERY topic on image quality) to convince people that the cause of it is their wrongdoing.

    Adobe Captivate just can't handle detailed graphics (like logos), and had I know it prior to purchasing the software I'd definitely go for another program.

    And no, Lilybiri - it is not me rescaling poorly, I am not rescaling the image in Captivate - I import the image in a resolution it is supposed to be used at. And stop please telling people crap about browser resolution: I'm viewing my project on a DESKTOP browser, and the image quality still sucks.

      Why do you not use SVG for a logo?   That is what I do.

      You can insult me as much as you want, being just a user like you - of course a lot more expert than I am  - it is not very pleasant.

      Did you rescale the image? You should insert an image (png, no jpg) at the exact resolution you need in Captivate.  But why do you not use Captivate to create the screenshots with the capture feature?

      I will try anything.  Didn't know there was a screenshot capture feature in Captivate.  I am looking to find that feature now.

      If you create a software simulation, each slide is a screen capture.
