Captivate 9 in spanish

When trying to use my serial number of captivate 9 (Full License) on a Spanish version of the software it doesn't work. The serial number only works on an English version of the software. Can I use a Spanish version of captivate 9 with the same serial number? What are my options? Thanks!

I'll move this again to the subspace 'Installation and Licensing'. I'm just a user like you, but AFAIK you need to buy a different serial number for each language Maybe someone from the staff can confirm.
