Captivate 9 - Insert FMR / CPVC slide. Not playing back when Project published in HTML5

Hi everyone...

I have created a small demo which had a FMR slide within it.  The final published output needs to be available for Laptop and iPAD.  When I published to SWF/HTML5 and hosted on a web server, the demo worked fine (SWF version).  However for HTML5, demo worked fine except for the FMR slide which did not play at all and just had a Loading message which stayed on screen.  Having read this and other forums and googled, I have replaced the FMR slide with a CPVC slide and again published to SWF/HTML5 and tested but have the same Loading message result for HTML5 output.

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve ?

Hmmm, I am mostly successful when a FMR-slide is not playing by replacing it with a CPVC-slide (which has output to MP4, H264, which is compatible with HTML). How did you test: try to publish and upload to a webserver.

Hi Lieve...long time no speak...hope you are keeping well.

I just tried testing the output on our LMS and the CPVC slide played ok.  Therefore must be an issue with the webserver I published onto originally.  Thank you for your reply and keep doing the fantastic work you do !
