captivate 9 Install

I've been trying for two days to get Captivate 9 working on my Windows 10 PC.  I currently have Captivate 7 on my PC.  At first I couldn't get the the installer to install the program.  kglad suggested that I rename C:\Program Files(86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp to PDApp_old and retry installing.

By doing that the installation was completed and Captivate 9 was installed.  Now when I try to open Captivate 9 the following window opens.  When I click OK it shuts down.  Why is Captivate 9 using or linking to Captivate 7?  How can i get 9 working?  Thanks
