Captivate 9 Install Error

I tried downloading Trial version of Captivate 9. But it doesn't seem to work? Any resolutions?

Please try to search in the list of all programs in start menu.and check if you are able to locate it there or not .

If you see Captivate 9 icon , Try to launch and check if it is working or not.
