Captivate 9 installation issue

 I had to download Captivate 9 because my laptop was upgraded. I receive this error message. Please help.

    Hi,

    Captivate installation is usually coming with 2 files. When you start the installation it is looking for all of it to be there.

    Where do you get your installation files from? I had the same problem when the link I used downloaded only one file. I recommend using the Akami download utility that sometimes comes with it.

    I also downloaded the demo version from Adobe.com and unlock it using the serial number I had
