Captivate 9 Interactive Video Preview Problem

Hi People,

Windows 10, Captivate 9.

I have an interactive video which contains custom interactions (button based questions and answers). The video is just under 6 minutes long. My challenge is that when previewing the project, the end of the video fades out and continues for another 2-3 seconds. When I publish the project and view the final output, this doesn't occur.

I preview in Firefox. I have tried both Chrome and Edge but they both fail to run the preview correctly - either fail to play the video frames (Chrome), or after stopping at the first interaction, then display a Loading message and continue playing.

I've cleaned the Captivate cache many times and also cleaned the Windows caches.

Ideas?
