Captivate 9 is not responding when I publish a recorded webinar. How can I recover the recorded the video?
My name is James. I used Captivate 9 to record a webinar. When I publish the recorded video, Captivate 9 is not responding, although the bar shows 100% complete. The video file size is zero. I did not save the project, although the project file has compressed date in the cashed projects folder. The webinar is vary valuable for me. I really don't want to lose the recording. How can I recover the recorded video? Please help. Any comments are welcome. Thanks.
