Captivate 9 Issues

Is anyone else having the following Captivate 9 issues and knows how to resolve?

1. Not all my latest content is publishing - I'm seeing old content, even though FORCE re-publish on all slides is checked.

I have already tried deleting old content and renaming the course and redeploying with no success.

2. When using a TOC, I am not showing quiz slides, however if I allow users to skip a quiz, it will NOT check off the slide BEFORE the quiz.

    Did Rod's hints resolve the issues?

    If not, how are you reviewing the materials, on a local drive or published to a webserver; or dev site for your LMS?

    How did you rename the course?

    Renaming inside of Captivate will often change the filename and path for displaying the content. If you renamed, republished from Captivate, but used the same url in a browser, the content would not have changed.

    1.  Try clearing your Project Cache, and your browser cache.  You can clear the Project Cache via the Clear Cache button in Preferences.  For clearing your browser cache, try hitting the F5 key.

    2. If the quiz slides are not shown listed in the TOC then Captivate usually assumes the slide before them that IS listed is just the first slide in that segment of slides and unless you visit all slides in that segment then it doesn't mark the listed slide as completed.
