Captivate 9 Jeopardy Widget Issue

I created a new Jeopardy widget in Captivate 9 and every time I enter questions or answers and click okay to save all of the questions and answers erase randomly. I did get some questions and answers to save and after publishing and testing, I got this message when clicking the incorrect answers during testing. I thought there was a space, but this does not seem to be the issue. This course was originally built in Cap 7, but I deleted the old Jeopardy widget and still the issues occur. Any ideas?
