Captivate 9 Learning Interactions not saving

I am trying to use the Jeopardy game as a learning interaction but keep encountering an issue. When I go in to change colors, add questions or answers, and generally do anything inside the widget none of the changes I make save. If I exit the project and open it again... nothing. I'm using captivate 9 and just did the update to 9.1 with no difference in the response. Any ideas?
