Captivate 9 loading wheel of death

I have published my swf file several different ways.  I can view the swf file just fine.  Any user (windows/mac/ie/chrome/safari/firefox/etc.) receives the loading/waiting wheel on the video demo slides.  The basic content slides view fine.  All demo slides show the loading wheel while the audio plays.  Occurs on all swf files, not limited to one project.  I have tried all preferences/settings/output.  Thank you!
