Captivate 9 mobile gestures checked on, but swipe left/right not working when published

I'm making a responsive course in Adobe Captivate 9, I have made several test courses and the mobile gestures always worked, however for some reason on this specific project they do not. I have the mobile gestures box checked on in the publish settings.

More specifically, it's the swipe right and left gestures that are not working, to go in between slides. The little gestures button still shows up at the beginning of the module, (the hand that opens up all the gestures when you click on it). And the double tap works to open/close the TOC, but the swiping right to left is still not working.

Please help!
