Captivate 9 mouse pointer movement in mp4s

I have a software demo with lots of mouse pointer movements. They all work fine when publishing to HTML5, but when publishing as an mp4, the pointer starts moving, then the click happens before the pointer is anywhere near its target. Happening in about 60% of my mouse movements. Using the standard pointer.

Recommended to use Video Demo instead of software simulation if you only want MP4 output.

Not something that can be easily captured in real time. Much prefer capturing as a series of slides. Already captured simulation, edited it and synced in audio. Not looking to start over. Are there any mp4 publish settings that would improve the pointer movement appearance?

No, I'm sorry. A software simulation has never really be meant to be turned into a video file, it will never have the expected quality for a video.  I personally even combine often cpvc-slides in a software simulation for normal output to SWF or to HTML5.  What about playing the published simulation (to swf or HTML5) and recording it as a video demo?
