Captivate 9 Network Publishing

I have a responsive Captivate 9 project that I have published to our company's network and create a direct link for those outside of our network to view the modules.   This has been our practice and has work with previous Captivate 9 projects. However for some reason, the direct link for this current module will attempt to open the module but never loads.  I am trying to determine if this is a network issue or an issue within the Captivate 9 project.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?

One of the changes to Adobe Captivate 9.0.2 was to introduce publishing of JSON files to published work. My understanding is that you may have to have a network administgrator add the MIME type to the server for users to see the published projects. If I understand it correctly the advantage is faster load times for mobile deployment.

Ah, this would make since because we have not published a new project since performing the 9.0.2 upgrade.  I will have a our network admin add the MIME type and let you know if it worked.  THANKS VERY MUCH!
