Captivate 9 , Next and previous button Issue

I created Project in captivate 8 with next and previous buttons like here-under image

when i updated version to captivate 9 the next and previous buttons are converted to green buttons in left slide and the real buttons are appeared but not working

Why my design is changed in captive 9?

How to solve this issue, I have more than 59 files, every file has 25 slide.

These are question slides, right? There have been changes: the former Next button which doubled as Skip button during the quiz has been replaced by a Skip button, only present during Quiz. In Review status two new buttons were added, acting as Back and Next buttons. Those are the arrow buttons that you indicated in your second screenshot

Second possible cause: the change in work flow to define states for (shape) buttons. Can you check the object style for your former buttons? I suspect those were shape buttons, right?
