Captivate 9, no access to Assets Store?

i have just upgraded to Captivate 9, I click on the Assets  button and a black screen opens, goes no further and no access to Assets Store?

I have the same problem.

After clicking on the asset store button, I only see a blank page.

I think the problem is the firewall. But for me there is no possibility to open ports.

Is it possible to access the store with a Proxy User?

Hi Janis,

Could you please confirm if you are seeing a blank page or it appears black.

Is Geo-location dialog working fine for you.

Turning off hardware acceleration settings might help to solve the issue.

Steps to turn off hardware acceleration in windows:

  • Open Control Panel
  • Select "Display"
  • Click on "Change Display Settings"
  • Click on "Advanced Settings"
  • Select "Troubleshoot"
  • Click "Change Settings"
  • Set Hardware Acceleration to "None"

If settings in your system does not match above steps, please follow the below webpage.

Please restart your system after doing the above steps, launch captivate and verify if assets dialog works fine.

Hi there,

Can you please provide little more information.

1. Are you working in a LAN? If possible can you please check it in a near by system and see it is working or not

2. Can you please try clearing Captivate9 preferences, re launch and see it helps?

3. In case if it still seen, then can you please share your system configuration?

what system config info did you want .

The Asset Store  page is not rendering at all.

just a black screen, it seems it is beginning to open but rendering is stuck just before opening?

I appreciate any suggestions to fix it?
