Captivate 9 on Windows 10

I can run Captivate 9 as a standard user on Windows 7 with no issues.

When I run Captivate 9 as a standard user on Windows 10, MSVCR100.dll faults and closes the program.  I can, however, run as an admin and everything is fine.

Has anyone run into this or figured out how to run Captivate 9 as a standard user on Windows 10?

    Security is much more strict in Windows 10.  It started with Windows 8.

    Bottom line is that if you want to run Captivate on Windows 10 you really need to be able to launch it with Run As Administrator privileges.  Otherwise you will run into lots of issues.
