Captivate 9 pdf

I published a Captivate 9 project with pdf. Others in the team who do not have Captivate 9 installed cannot view the pdf or hear the audio in the pdf. They and I are using Flash Player 11.5

They need to have Flash Player installed in their Acrobat Reader. By default the reader app does not come with Flash Player. That's probably what the issue is.

They have Flash Player 11.5 installed.

Yes you mentioned that before, but that does not mean it is installed in Acrobat Reader so that it can read multimedia PDF files, That is a separate download and installation.
