Captivate 9 Print Export: Slides Display Oddly

This is what my export looks like every time. How do I get this to display normally? Sometimes, elements are missing as well.

Can you post a screenshot of the Print settings? I suppose this is the Handouts, did you check which objects have to be included?

Yep!

I've toyed with all of the settings briefly, nothing that I have tried (so far) has exported a regular image of the slide.

You have to check Caption text as well. Try to uncheck the option 'Use table...'

I must confess that those  print templates are 'old', I never use them myself for handouts but create them from screenshots in a template I created in ID.
