Captivate 9 Print Published Project (with variables)

I have a large Captivate project where I have used a variable at the top of each screen for the Slide Title.

I am trying to print my published project, however, when I use the Print function (File... Print) from Captivate and select the Handouts option, the variable "$$cpInfoCurrentSlideLabel$$" prints at the top of the slides instead of the desired slide title.

Is there a way to print with the variables populated?

Thanks.

Totally correct...you'll have to insert the labels manually when using File, Print since that will only print the file as it is in editing mode.

I can't imaging how. The variables populate at runtime.
