Captivate 9 project freezes

I have a project published in CP9 that freezes after a few slides.   There are no buttons to pause the project.  It is suppose to fall through at the end of the slide but freezes.  I've tested it in the HTML5 and SWF and it does the same thing on the same slide.  Also, the Skin Editor shows there is suppose to be a play bar but it doesn't show up when published.

    Before trying to figure it out, is is a big work to delete that particular slide and recreate it? SInce you tell that it has worked, I wonder if the slide has been corrupted now?

    Susan, how did you test? After publishing or with F11/F12?

    Both  It seemed to be working when I first published it but not now.
