Captivate 9 - publish to app and LMS connectivity

When you a course publish as an app:

Does the app have LMS connectivity?

Can the app send tracking details to a specific LMS from the users device?

If so, is there off line capabilities, so tracking details are saved locally and sent to LMS when online?

    As the 'author' of the app, it's optional for you to 'enable reporting' to the LMS.

    How well this will work in an online / offline environment from phone or tablet is not clear, and a lot will depend on your users environment. The key is for you to publish and test on as many OS & hardware configurations as possible, with similar network setup as the majority of your users.

    That said, you'll still find a few users who challenge the technology, so some questions to ask early are:

         How will we support and troubleshoot those users?

         Does your LMS provider offer end user support, or only support via your tier 2 help desk team?

         Is direct support for executive users available? At what cost?
