Captivate 9: Published file won't play on our website

Hi!

We just switched to a new WordPress website and our captivate PDF files will not play for our users. People have encountered issues in Edge and IE. Any ideas for getting our files to play would be much appreciated!

    Interactive PDF needs the Flash Player extension installed, is that the case?
