Captivate 9 Publishing for devices

Hi

I am trying to publish an ios app, and when I create the project and view it in storm etc it works, but when it comes to publish for devices I cannot enter a title in the text box or provide a cert password. I created a certificate from mac, but it seems there is no drop down box to add a title and I cannot enter one manually. Your help would be greatly appreicated.
