Captivate 9 Publishing - mouse clicks not heard in all slides and audio cut off from beginning of slides

I recently purchased Captivate 9 and am building my first project. I have published as an executable but this is chopping off audio at the beginning of some slides. I have also published as an html/swf and but in many slides you dont hear the mouse click. In preview mode the clicks are all there. Any help would be amazing.

    Hi,

We couldn't reproduce the issue. Can you confirm, whether its happening in all the project or project specific.

If it is project specific, please share the sample slides of the project to investigate. You can upload it to a shared location (eg Dropbox) and send the link to murugath@adobe.com

    Thanks,

    Rahinie.

    Hi Rahinie

What I have since found is that if I publish and run the native swf file – I hear all clicks and the file runs fine. However, I had a UI built especially for me that calls the swf file. When it runs in this UI all the clicks are not heard.

The UI has been built in Flash and worked perfectly with files published from Captivate v5. Would you have any suggestions/ideas?

    Thanks
