Captivate 9 quits unexpectedly on mac

Hi,

I have Captivate 9 build 9.0.0.23 running on mac OS X El Capitan build 10.11.1.  This has been running fine and to my knowledge no changes have been made to my machine.  As soon as i start the application it goes through the loading process, showing the splash screen, then just quits. 

If anyone can help i would be very grateful.

    Clear the cache, manually if necessary. Use the CleanPreferences file that you find in the subfolder 'utils' of the installation folder.

    El Capitan was released after Captivate 9. That can be also an issue.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the quick response.  I have cleared the cache but i still have the same issue.  it does appear to crash out when its loading workspaces.   I've been using it for weeks and it just started happening.

    Did you Clear the Preferences, using that file I was pointing to? Since it seems to be a workspace issue, that could give you a fresh Preferences folder. You'll have lost all customisation, to keep some, have a look at:
