Captivate 9 quiz does not function correctly on iPad

I created 14 courses on Captivate 9 using the responsive format. The courses seem to work on a PC but when taken on an iPad, the test part gets tricky.  If CC is on then the test buttons are grayed out and do not function.  If I leave the course during the test and come back into the course, it takes me to the conclusion page and then back to test question one which is already answered and will not let me move forward. 

Please advise.
