Captivate 9 quiz problems

Hello

Right i need some help heres question number one

When creating an e learning module i create the quiz on separate captivate project and then link it so when the user clicks on a buttons in the main captivate project to open the quiz project. First thing is the quiz project is having problems opening in html 5 (just keeps loading then nothing comes up on the screen after loading) it opens fine as a multiscreen and htm file.

the second problem is the captivate project i use where the button is on slide to open up the quiz project doesn't seem to want to open the multiscreen project literately doesn't do anything but will either open a htm or html

Can anybody help! this is for work purpose and ive already lost so much time on this when it should just be simple!
