Captivate 9 Reflection Effect Issues

Adding the Reflection Effect to images causes the image to flicker in during playback when it shouldn't.  I have no transitions built in to the image.  I have seen this in both previewing and in the published state.  Also, the reflection doesn't even show at times??!   Please fix this problem!  The reflection effect makes a presentation so much more dynamic.  This is very disappointing Adobe that this does not work in this released product!

    Hi Carolyn,

          May I know whether you are applying Reflection to an image or any specific effect to it? When I apply reflection, I don't see any flicker. if you are applying any effect let me know effect name?

    Hello, I am applying it to an image. No other effect involved not even a fade transition. Thank you!
