captivate 9 Responsive course crashing on ipad

Hi,

My course is crashing on few ipads and working fine on others Ipads. Also it's working fine on Iphone 6 and 7. I am currently using Captivate 9.0.2.437.

Is there any solution available for this issue? Please let me know.
