Captivate 9 Responsive Design Question

I'm setting up my first responsive design project. The slides in my project lend themselves to a landscape orientation, which will work fine in Captivate's default desktop view. However, the tablet & mobile views are portrait. Should I change these two views' height & width settings to a landscape orientation, and if so what would be the recommended settings?

Thanks much for any assistance...along with this being my first responsive design project, it's also an important project to my organization!

ADOBE CAPTIVATE 9 - PUBLISH TO COMPUTER

I have linked a Captivate deck say ‘A’ with another captivate deck say ‘B’ with the help of ‘Open another project’ option in the tab ‘On success’, when I publish the Captivate deck ‘B’ and try to access Captivate deck ‘A’, its not getting open. The linked deck ‘A’ is getting open if I preview the Captivate Deck ‘B’ ‘In Browser’. The connected project is not getting open when I "Publish" the main project to computer.

Please assist

In CP9 you can have up to 5 breakpoint views. I use them for:

  1. Primary = desktop/laptop landscape
  2. Tablet landscape
  3. Tablet Portrait
  4. Mobile landscape
  5. Mobile Portrait

Thank you Lilybiri for explaining how you use the breakpoint views, which is exactly what I want to do.

The default Tablet Portrait settings are 768w x 627h; the default Mobile Portrait settings are 414w x 464h.

To create the landscape view for each device, do I just reverse the settings: 627w x 768h for the Tablet & 464w x 414h for the Mobile?

Thanks much!

The width is the most important, more than the height.
