I have some Captivate 9, responsive slides on a Mac and PC.

When I published the slides, the timed (show/hide) objects do not shown in the final html5.

Some slides have objects such as graphics(png), arrows, and text boxes that have a delay period or show only for a given time.

They work within Captivate when I run the timeline, but do not even show in the published code. I tried several different browsers.

Any idea as why these objects do not show????

Indeed, my suspicion is confirmed. You have a button (Button_31) that is pausing at 1.5secs, and waiting for an interaction of the user. I don't know what that button has to do? If you want the slide to play throughout before pausing, you'll have to move that pausing point after the last appearance of an object. I cannot see the whole slide (>56 sec) but if nothing new happens after 32 secs, you can move the pause there. In that case, since that button will pause the slide, it is not necessary to make that slide much longer.

Pausing time can be changed either by dragging the pausing line (to the right of the pausing symbol on the timeline of the button) or by using the Timing Properties panel.

Thanks, I did not even see that, nor did I know enough to look.  Again thanks, it did the trick. Jim

Playing the timeline is not really previewing, as it will be published. You need to use another preview method.

Probably you have pausing points in the timeline. Can you insert a screenshot of the timeline, please?
