Captivate 9 SCORM 2004 Reporting Individual Attempt Problem

Hello, I am pretty new to SCO's etc.

Here is my situation:

I cannot manage to report each individual attempt.

When I publish in SCORM 2004 format it keeps overwriting to the previous attempt, despite All runtime data sent is correct. (Both tested on Moodle and cloud.scorm.com)

So LMS reporting cannot have more than 1 attempt. Keeps overwriting on the 1st attempt.

But  When I publish the same project in SCORM 1.2, everything goes normal. My Client needs SCORM 2004.

What is the point I am missing, I am going crazy with this thing for 2 days.

I just have 1 quiz in my Package.
