Captivate 9 Smart Shape Buttons

I think everyone knows by now smart shape buttons are not 508 compliant in Captivate 8.  My question in, are they 508 compliant in Captivate 9?  If not, does anyone know if this is something Adobe is trying to remedy?  I would be really great to have that function available.
