Captivate 9 - some buttons are appearing in the output file and when we click on the button other elements are disappearing

Need a help in captivate 9 when we publish some buttons are appearing in the output file if we try to click on the button other elements are disappearing on the screen. any solution please

Here is the screen shot. Just if you publish the empty slide also the button is appearing but it is not functional.

Are you on the latest version which is 9.0.2.437? Is this an upgraded project, if yes, from which version?

Can you clear the Preferences? When installing the latest patch did you follow the Release notes?

You could try to switch to another theme, to see if the issue is persisting?

Newbie? Please, post a screenshot of the timeline of the slide with those buttons. It could be linked to pausing and releasing the playhead (this post could clarify: Pausing Captivate's Timeline - Captivate blog ).

Moreover those buttons could trigger Show/Hide actions. To check that, I would like to see the Actions tab of the Properties panel of such a button.

There is no buttons on the slide. but when you publish submit button appears in the output. we checked the master slide as well there is no buttons.
